Returns & Exchanges:
Custom Items are not available for return or exchange. Non custom items may be returned if unused in their original unopened, undamaged packaging within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Once the item has been received and inspected, the cost of the item less shipping will be refunded. Please contact info@backbeatskates.com and provide your name and order number to initiate a return.
Custom skate orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping:
All items are shipped via FedEx Ground. We will provide a tracking number when your order ships. Ship times are 2-3 days once the order is received for non custom items and 6-10 weeks for custom boots to arrive.
Payment:
When ordering custom skates, a 50% deposit is taken when ordering and the balance is paid on pick up or the day your order ships.
